Return Policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with your stickers! If there is ever a problem, here is everything you need to know about returns:
📦 Returns & Exchanges
Since my stickers are individually handmade in my studio in North Rhine-Westphalia, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized or opened items. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of receipt, and we will find a solution together!
🎨 Personalized Orders
For personalized stickers, you will receive a preview for approval before production. Please review it carefully, as changes cannot be made after confirmation. Since personalized items are custom-made just for you, they are excluded from returns and exchanges.
📩 What to do if your item is damaged or defective:
- Send me a message with your order number and a photo of the item.
- I will review your request and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
- If a return is necessary, I will provide further instructions. Return shipping costs are usually covered by the customer unless the mistake was on my part.

- Returns without prior contact cannot be accepted.
- Digital downloads and personalized items are non-refundable.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order – I cannot take responsibility for undeliverable shipments.
